Profile and core details
Name, birth date, photos, breed, sex, neutering, coat and markings, microchip number, allergies, insurance, emergency contact and preferred practice.
Features
MiauID brings together everything important in your cat's life. So that this page never promises more than exists, every feature carries a status: Available means it is in the published version; In development means it is built but not yet in any published version; Later phase means it is deliberately not on the table yet.
A cat profile is more than a name, a birth date and a photo. It is the anchor everything else hangs on.
Name, birth date, photos, breed, sex, neutering, coat and markings, microchip number, allergies, insurance, emergency contact and preferred practice.
Every cat has its own record. A food pack belongs to the household and can be used for several cats.
Created offline, with no account and no server. The finder card shows name, microchip, markings, allergies and a contact — deliberately not your home address. For the practice you choose content and validity.
Write an identity to an NFC tag on the collar and read it back. The tag carries only a random code and a MiauID link; whoever finds the cat sees a neutral page with no personal data.
When your cat is missing: a finder card with a QR code — even without internet.
When a cat moves from a shelter or foster home, its history should travel with it instead of getting lost.
The day view is the reason to come back every day. It shows what is due and what is done.
Everything due in one place: meals, doses, care tasks and to-dos. Tick off what is done with one tap.
Recurring routines instead of single reminders — litter box, coat, claws, teeth. Reminders can be discreet, without details on the lock screen, with quiet hours.
Cleaning, changing litter, washing, changing filters — with a history. Observations in the litter box are recorded in words, not judged.
Log the weight in a few taps, together with the body condition score (BCS). Weight changes are often the first visible signal in cats — which is why weight belongs to the basics.
The trend of the last 90 days in the health view, with the change of every measurement.
Your own list for everything that does not recur.
A smaller number on the screen is not enough. Every meal is its own traceable entry.
A 2,000 g pack, 35 g in the morning, 35 g in the evening. 70 g a day, so the stock lasts about 28 days. When you log the morning meal, a fixed entry is created — cat, time, amount, pack. Anyone who opens the same meal again sees that it was already done at 08:04.
Pack contents in grams, portions by plan and a "Fed" button; from these the stock display shows until when the food is expected to last.
The food stock appears in the day view, and a reminder arrives before a pack runs out.
Keep track of a feeder's fill level and get reminded to refill it in time — without connecting to the device.
Who fed when, in a shared timeline — arrives with sync, which is built but not yet in any published version.
About food amounts: MiauID splits a daily amount set by you or the practice into meals and calculates the stock from it. It does not create a nutrition plan; amounts for illnesses and any therapeutic diet remain a veterinary decision.
The health timeline is the backbone that holds everything together.
All entries in order, searchable. Every entry carries its origin: entered by you or from the practice. A diagnosis appears as a diagnosis only when it comes from the practice.
Today and in development: Today you give the practice the vet summary as a PDF or a QR card — both are created on your device. In development is an online share you can revoke at any time, with an access log; this is how it will work.

Deliberately not in the first version
A product that tries to be a marketplace, a social network, telemedicine, a shelter platform and GPS hardware at once becomes good at none of them. These belong to a later phase:
Lost mode with a finder card, on the other hand, is already in the app.
Handover and adoption, structured and safe.
Reordering food and supplies.
An assistant that interprets health data needs clear limits before it writes a single line.
Two of these are not just a matter of timing: a continuous location history of a cat reveals its people's home address, daily routine and absences — that does not belong casually in a product.
Local mode is free. What the planned plans contain and are meant to cost is laid out openly on the pricing page.
Meow! You can carry me around – or tap the moon to let me sleep.
One tap on the collar – and the record is there: the NFC tag, from Android 1.0.5.
